These pieces are high quality archival prints from an original painting. Printed with archival inks on premium heavy weight smooth matte paper, these piece have a light fastness rating of 150 years, thus, they will last a lifetime.

The finished paper size is 13x19 and includes a white border for handling and framing ease.

Each print is signed by the artist and will ship via Priority Mail in an acid-free sleeve, gently/loosely rolled and carefully inserted into a triangular shipping tube for extra protection.

Free Cards Friday ~ Yammy Cookies ~ Getting Out The Door

Good day!
It is going to be hot here today, so I am trying to wrangle my boys to get some outdoor stuff done early - yah, it has taken me 2 hours to get them and me out of the house. In my house it is a constant ~ Me waiting on my boys: "Just one more second!" "okay, hold on!" (hmmm, I'll do this one more thing while he is doing that... like a quick blog post) Then they are waiting on me. Then they decide to do one more thing, then....


And on and on and on until we are usually late for wherever we are going.

Here is an idea for a yummy snack we named Yammy Cookies - when I made them I didn't bake them quite long enough so they were a bit soft, but delicious!

Camas Live ~ People's Choice Award ~ 2 Local Photographers

Camas Live 2010 filled me up and wiped me out this last weekend! It was a lot of fun, a lot of work and a joy to meet so many new people. Thank you to all who came to downtown Camas to share conversations and art.

I was very honored to receive an award of People's Choice at the end of the event - I was surprised and honored (and embarrassed because I stepped away from my booth for 5 minutes the whole weekend and it was in those five minutes that the award was announced from the stage... oopsie!) Thank you to those who voted!

I had the fortune of being placed next to two very talented photographers, Angi Slocum and Carla Foth Christian - Carla generously snapped the above photos of my booth, her work is gorgeous.

Wow, check this out, my painting and prints received some good airtime today!
They were nameless (and You & Us is sideways), but I think they looked good (who says the camera adds 10 pounds?) Many Thanks to Elida Field for featuring my work.
